Always delicious but delivery took forever!

My boyfriend and I are huge fans of your cinnamon chia seed peanut butter bliss (originally found in New Seasons, now they no longer stock it :-( ). However, this last order took 3 weeks to arrive: ordered 3/21/24 and it didn't arrive until 4/11/24. I had to email twice before I was responded to. I don't know why it takes so long from OR City to Portland? This is a real drawback and I wonder if there is a solution. Or better yet, where can I pick it up in a local store? Thanks for your help and consideration. Big fan, Barbara Tanner

I had to place a second Order as after weeks I didn’t hear from them. Assuming it was not received I placed a second order which took a verrrrrrry long time to arrive and one of the jars was only partially filled. I’ve yet to hear back from the about it which is sad and surprising as they’ve always had such wonderful customer service in the past. These particular orders were not of the quality of previous orders, the peanut butter was extremely thick and dry.

Cinnamon Chia Seed Peanut Butter Bliss, the best.

Love the Cinnamon Chia Seed Peanut Butter Bliss. It is my favorite. I put fresh raspberries or some fruit on top of it on toast and it enhances it. My two daughters also order it now. It was introduced to me by one of your loyal customers about 2-3 years ago.

I would leave a 5 star for the product, but I made an order of 4 jars last year, and they were delayed, then 1 found 1 broken. I emailed right away to see if I could get a replacement. It took a long while before I got a response. They said they'd send a replacement and never did. Then, they never replied to any follow-up emails.
