This yields 2 dozen cookies.
- 1 Cup Chia Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bliss (or your favorite Bliss flavor)
- 1 Cup Organic Sugar or Coconut Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Mix ingredients together, roll in to small sized balls, roll ball in sugar and press down with fork on un-greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 375 for 6 minutes, let cool for 3 more minutes on cookie sheet. Serve and eat when cooled.
