Hazelnut Green Beans


  • 1 Cup green beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Hazelnut Butter
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste



  1. Sautee 1 Cup of green beans in avocado oil with a dash of garlic, salt and pepper
  2. 1 minute before beans are done, toss with 1 tablespoon of Hazelnut Butter and serve
    warm. You could also use the Almond Butter!
